Azotobacter are also renowned bio-balancers and secrete hygroscopic mucilage in the root-zone, which assists in retaining soil moisture. Soil with higher retained moisture enhances germination and promotes faster root growth. Azotobacter are also credited with improving phosphate release.

Life Force Bio-N is a multi-award-winning microbe blend that is the product of thirty years of development, involving over 40,000 individual field trials. It has proven to be a reliable and consistent performer since 1998.

Life Force Bio-N is a liquid concentrate that contains live organisms from a very specialized genus called Azotobacter which are free-living nitrogen fixing organisms that can mine and fix plant-usable nitrogen from the 74,000 tonnes of nitrogen gas that hover over every acre of land on Earth.

At planting of broadacre crops, include 200mL/acre with your starter solution. For horticultural crops, apply at a rate of 400 mL/acre every four (4) weeks or as required. Avoid mixing with any chemicals or fertilizer materials high in salt that will kill microbes. As a seed treatment, mix at 2 L/tonne of seed (broadacre) or 5 mL/kg (horticulture) just prior to planting.
